Kautz/Torggler/Wedl in Reidlinger/Fischer/Burtscher, Inhalt und Reichweite des "außerordentlichen" Informationsrechts gemäß § 166 Abs 3 UGB

In the law of partnerships, the content and scope of partners' rights to information are often disputed in practice. In their contribution to the special issue for Günther J. Horvath on his 70th birthday, Reinhard Kautz, Hellwig Torggler and Lukas Wedl deal with the right of a limited partner to information for good cause pursuant to Art 166 para 3 UGB. On the basis of German case law, they develop guidelines for accurately assessing the existence of a good cause and the scope of the resulting right to information in practice.
