Workshop for successful supervisory board activities

As part of the ARS' management & leadership seminar "Know-how für eine erfolgreiche Aufsichtsratstätigkeit", partner Kathrin Weber holds a workshop together with Viktoria Kickinger in order to provide prospective and existing supervisory board members with the necessary tools for their function. The two supervisory board members share their experience also from their chairman activities and give practical advice.
